Like the rest of the world, Riviera Maya and Cancun have started with the gradual reopening of the economy.
As a tour operator, we have adapted to a new elevated way of working, implementing new protocols in order to maintain the safety and integrity of our staff and all our visitors.
Today in our blog, we will be answering the most common questions related to our reopening and restart of activities:
How have we redesigned our work plan for this reopening?
After numerous meetings with our team and with the help and approval of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), we have obtained a #safetravels certification. This certification meets and follows the high standards of: the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the United States (CDC), the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), the Secretary of Tourism of Mexico (SECTUR), the Secretary of Health of Mexico (SSA) and the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS).
What is the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC)?
The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) represents the global private travel and tourism sector, with the mission of ensuring that the sector is transparent, safe, inclusive and sustainable.
